I'm Pete Thorneycroft — a Principal Gameplay Animator currently at Skydance New Media, with over 17 years of experience across gameplay, cinematic, and technical animation.
I specialise in designing combat and locomotion systems, directing mocap shoots, and building animation pipelines and tools from the ground up. I've shipped titles across AAA and indie studios in the UK, New Zealand, and Canada — bringing the same care to every frame whether it's a creature rig, a cinematic performance, or an auto-processing mocap tool.
